I work with international schools to ensure that the education offered to students with special educational needs incorporates research-based practices and is compatible with the highest standards of international education.
I consult with parents of students in international schools regarding both school-related and home-related challenges. I have a particular interest in the learning and social-emotional challenges of adopted children.
I also offer services in Canada to education and social service organizations focused on children and adolescents with the most challenging needs (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Personality Disorders, Pervasive Developmental Disorders including Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome, and serious behavioural difficulties).
