Consultation
My consultative work is guided by an organic metaphor. I like solutions to challenges to ‘grow’ as a group of individuals begin to work together. Solutions are more likely to emerge out of a shared understanding of the issue. Accordingly, I like to meet with all concerned with a problem or issue in order to get a clear picture of the needs of an organization from several different perspectives. The process of consultation then unfolds. (See consultation model)
